Heliventure, Helicofin, and Heli One will henceforth operate under a new structure: Heli Aviation Partners (H.A.P.).
We are pleased to announce that, as part of this transaction, we are also welcoming two strong partners on board: the Mariën-Essaheli and Odeurs-Vanbockryck families.
Both families have extensive experience in entrepreneurship, strategic growth, and the expansion of international organizations. Their experience—including their role in the successful development of the Equine Care Group—will contribute to the further strengthening, professionalization, and international growth of our helicopter operations, and also underscores the confidence in the future and the potential of our business.
